Hey! Im mOlly…

but what does that mean?

You know my name and what I do through my work - but what else am I?
There’s always more to a person than one title, and these are a few of the things that shape who I am both as a designer and as a person.

An Athlete

As a collegiate lacrosse player and three-year team captain, I’ve learned how to lead, adapt quickly, and thrive in team environments. Being an athlete has taught me the importance of communication, trust, and staying composed under pressure. It’s shaped the way I approach challenges - with resilience, discipline, determination, and a strong sense of collaboration both on and off the field.

A creative

Creativity plays a huge role in my life both inside and outside of design. In my free time, I love watercolor painting, drawing, working with clay, and exploring different artistic outlets. I’m always looking for new ways to express myself, experiment with ideas, and stay inspired through creativity. This mindset also shapes the way I approach design by staying open to learning new techniques, exploring different perspectives, and continuously growing as a designer. I believe there is always more to learn, and that curiosity is one of the most important parts of the creative process.

a lifeguard

Working as a lifeguard has strengthened my ability to remain focused and act confidently in fast-paced situations. The role requires constant awareness, quick decision-making, and a strong sense of responsibility for the people around me. It’s taught me to think proactively, pay attention to small details, and approach situations with patience and care. These qualities that influence both my mindset and my design process.

And there’s still so much more!
